Shipping Policy

At Stuffs n Things by JD, I don’t just ship it and forget it—I package each piece like it’s headed to a royal debut! All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever gives you the best rate (and gets your wreath there in one fabulous piece).

Ordering More Than One?

Planning to deck all the halls? If you purchase two or more wreaths, please note that shipping is charged per wreath—each one gets its own box to keep it safe and squish-free. Trust me, crammed wreaths are not cute.

Shipping = Shipping + Handling

Your shipping charge includes not just the postage, but the whole shebang: the cost of sturdy boxes, premium packing materials, and the time it takes to make sure your décor arrives looking like the showstopper it is.

Addresses & Delivery

Orders ship only to the address you provide at checkout. This is for your protection (and mine). If you need to change your address, you'll need to cancel and reorder with the correct info. Gotta keep it official!

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the cost to ship it again—so triple-check those details!

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

Once it leaves my hands and heads off with the carrier, I’m not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. If something is lost, a claim should be filed with the carrier.

Care Instructions

Most of my designs are suitable to be displayed outside, however they should be on a covered porch with some kind of overhang so they are out of the weather. Direct sun exposure may fade the colors or melt the hot glue (if used) over time.

If you have questions about the care of your design or how it can be displayed please send me a message.

Many of my wreaths are showstopper designs and are large-sized, which means they will not fit between an exterior door and a storm door. Please plan and measure your space accordingly.  If you need a slim wreath, contact me and I can create a Special Custom Request order for you, if I don't have any currently available.

Please use metal over the door hanger to care for wreath weight.
